• I use a free online editing tool called ribbet (you can google it; it used to be Picnik). This particular image is a combination of effect that I like using. Under Basic Edits, I usually use some combination of colors (saturation and temperature alteration), with a little exposure adjustment, either light or dark. If there’s some background to your photo you might want to start with Focal Soften (under Effects); keep the focus on what you want to be your strong point and amp the blue to 100%. I usually do that twice, sometimes three times. Then I finish with Orton, and in that effect you cal adjust the bloom, the lighting, and then fade it out to where you’re happy with it. It sounds more complicated that it is; just start fiddling with it. Eventually, you’ll find a balance that you like. Hope this helps! 🙂
